How do you sign up
for a class? Or Child Watch?

  • Email us HERE - and in the subject type I'M IN-{class name}

  • If you want to sign up for multiple classes for the week- in the body of the email type in all

  • of the classes you will be attending.

  • If you need to put your child in child watch type in "I'M IN {CLASS NAME} +1

  • If you need to cancel you have to send an email and in the subject type: "I'M OUT {CLASS NAME}

Child Watch

Child watch- Children in child watch will follow a structured schedule including: Craft time, movement and music, story time, imaginative play and open play! All instructors are CPR and First-Aid Certified.

Note: Our instructors are not instructed to change diapers- if a diaper needs to be changed they may ask you to step away during your class.

 

Reservations MUST be made a minimum of 2 hours before class time. We will not staff Child Watch unless reservations have been made in advance. Child watch is available for every classes except Prenatal Yoga at this time.

PROGRAM POLICIES

Candice McRAE

Candice is a nationally certified group fitness instructor specializing in teaching POUND® Fitness, Barre, TRX Suspension Training and TRX Group Fitness Training, HIIT workouts, and full body muscle conditioning and toning classes. Candice's goal every day is to inspire others to commit to their long-term fitness goals and focus on overall health and wellness.

Danielle Febbo

Danielle is a NASM Certified Personal trainer with specialty certifications to teach Insanity Live and P90X Live. Danielle also holds an Oh Baby Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Certification as well. Danielle found her passion for health & fitness through her own journey to a healthier lifestyle. She enjoys helping other women become stronger, happier and healthier versions of themselves!

Katie Quarles

My name is Katie Quarles and I live in northborough with my husband and two young children, Madison and Caleb. Shortly after having my daughter in the winter of 2013 I decided I was tired of being the tired, overweight and out of shape mom always sitting on the slide lines watching my children play and enjoy life. I wanted to be an active participant in their childhood, hike, run, ride bikes, roller skate, chase them around the yard. I became serious about this decision and worked very hard to hard my eating habits and developed a love and passion for exercise. I lost over 100 lbs on my own by being consistent and changing my life style. In the summer of 2015 I got certified to teach group exercise classes so I could help others make that same life change and find a love of exercise. I remember always being so intimidated to enter a group class in my beginning days, so I strive to make everyone of all fitness levels feel comfortable and welcome in my classes.

Lisa Smith

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. I love yoga because it helps me feel centered and allows me to eat more chocolate . I completed my RYT 200 with Sonic Yoga in NYC and recently added a Prenatal Certification. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the wisdom every teacher has shared with me. When not teaching, I’m busy chasing after two tiny humans and going to the grocery store on a daily basis. I also love hiking, swimming, sleeping and eating any type of sweets.

Cancellation policy

There is a 2 hour cancellation policy: If a client does not cancel prior to 2 hours of the scheduled class time they will not be issued a refund and a $13 charge will be sent via invoice. You will not be able to participate in future classes unless this is paid. Also, a $13.00 Penalty will be applied for no-shows. If there is a cancellation for a medical reasons, please contact us.

Class Policy

Classes with less than 3 advance sign ups 3 hours before class start time will be cancelled. To ensure classes run as scheduled and to save $$, please sign up in advance.

Child Watch Policy

Reservations MUST be made a minimum of 3 hours before class time. We will not staff Child Watch unless reservations have been made in advance.

Weather policy

In the event of inclement weather, SkyRise will mirror the Westborough Public Schools' cancellation policies. If the Westborough schools are closed or delayed in opening, we will also be closed or delayed. We will also notify clients of closures via email.

Personal Training

Private personal training with Danielle Febbo!

Danielle incorporates functional exercise into each individualized fitness program. After the initial consultation (that includes a fitness assessment) Danielle will design a personalized program with your goals in mind, helping create positive changes to your health. The goal of functional fitness is to improve physical fitness outside of the training environment so that it carries over into everyday activities. Each program will be created to challenge your current fitness level, teaching proper technique so that the full benefit of the movement is accomplished and injury is avoided.

30 MIN -$45

45 MIN- $65

60 min- $80 

Personal Training Policy- Training sessions will vary in times and days. If you would like to make an appointment please email skyrisefitness@gmail.com and we will get you set up with your first 30 Minute session 25%off! Payment must be paid by check or cash the day of the session- all appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advanced or the session must be paid in full by the credit card we will have on file.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Summer 2018- *Please note your membership is valid from your 1st booking day to July 6th 2018. Autopay will begin again August 27th, 2018 and continue until your remaining months in the contract is complete (total of 10 months).
